Helping merchants make sense of QR payments.
PlatiQR is Sber’s QR payment product for businesses. I designed its mobile interface and contributed to its integration with Sberbank Business Online, the bank’s business banking platform.

The product
A merchant needs more than a QR code: they also need to see incoming payments, review transaction history and understand notification settings. These tasks had to fit together in the mobile experience.
The design problem
Design a coherent structure for iOS and Android, with clear states for payments and notifications. Support both the mobile interface and the printed QR materials used by businesses.

Design transaction visibility
I designed the QR-code screens, transaction history and notification states for iOS and Android.
Connect digital and print delivery
I prepared designs for engineering and reviewed the implementation. For the printed materials, I proposed generating QR codes in batches from a database.

The screen brings together store details, QR-code cards and access to transaction history. When push notifications are off, it shows their status and an action to enable them.
Transaction status at a glance
Transactions are grouped by date. Successful and declined payments use both colour and text labels. The designs also show notifications switched on and off; V1 and V2 explore differences in visual treatment.
Delivered mobile interface designs, screen maps and print materials, and supported implementation through design reviews. The PlatiQR pilot was reported as successful; no numerical performance results are presented here.
Designed as part of Sber’s product team. The original Russian-language screens show the interface and its interaction states.
