Take&GO
Product designCJMiOS / Android

Making checkout-free shopping easier to navigate.

Take&GO connects a mobile app with a physical grocery store. At Sber, I designed the iOS and Android experience for this partnership with grocery retailer Azbuka Vkusa, from joining the service to reviewing a purchase.

The product

Shoppers register, link a payment card and use a QR code to enter the store. They can then pick up groceries and leave without visiting a checkout. The app needs to explain what happens before, during and after the visit.

The design problem

Connect the physical store journey with the mobile interface. Make entry, purchase completion and payment status understandable, including when a connection or payment fails.

What I owned

01

Align the team around the journey

I facilitated collaborative customer journey mapping, then developed the information architecture and screen map.

02

Design the visit and its edge cases

I designed iOS and Android flows for registration, QR entry, the in-store experience and purchase history, including error and pending states.

03

Test and support implementation

I worked with the team’s UX researcher on lightweight usability sessions and helped plan the testing approach. I prepared the designs for engineering and reviewed the implementation.

Delivery & status

Delivered the mobile designs for onboarding, store entry and purchase history, including intermediate and error states. The work included usability testing with a researcher and design reviews during implementation.

My work was part of Sber’s product team, in partnership with Azbuka Vkusa. The interface artifacts below are in Russian; the captions explain the design in English.
